INSTRUCTOR
Teacher He Zhan is a professional teaching artist who has a strong art background. She graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in China and has been training in professional painting for 8 years. She has excellent skills in teaching oil painting, watercolor, and sketching with over 22 years of experience as a college instructor. Proficient in organizing students and inspiring creations. She develops a studio based curriculum and designs personalized classes for children and adults, provides professional art tutorials for senior students’ art profiles.
COURSES & PURPOSE
Our art studio provides small group art classes for adults and children over 10 years old. There are 3 - 6 students in pre class. Everyone in the class will get good attention from the instructor and communicate their own ideas and works to others.
In our class, students may improve their observation by learning sketching and watercolor skills. After that, students may explore personal artistic style and have the opportunity to learn basic design or oil painting courses if someone has more professional needs. Students will also have a lot of fun in handicraft class specially designed for holiday celebrations such as paper cutting class for Chinese new year.
Enjoy quietly meditating in painting, or discover yourself in art learning, or surfing in art creation, with our professional guide you will find your purpose anyway.

SCHEDULING & TUITION
A typical class is 2 hours, runs once a week for about 10 weeks a semester, and can be repeated for continued study with their instructor, if so desired.
$50 per 2 hour class, maximum 5 students per class , at least 2 students. Flexible scheduling of each student, may be mixed classes.
